| Manntech (Mannesmann Technology) emerged as an independent company from Mannesmann Facade lifts in 1999 and continue a strong tradition of product development and supply of permanent facade access systems to the world market. |
| We are a group of companies with approx. 170 employees at Mammendorf near Munich/Germany, Moerdijk/Netherlands, Dubai/UAE, New York/USA, Australia and Hong Kong. At our modern factory, opened in October 2002, Manntech employs 100 skilled engineers to design and manufacture the highest quality and most technically advanced systems available, covering the entire range of facade maintenance equipment. The development of specialized BMUs for buildings with highly sophisticated architecture is one of our design department’s special areas of experience. |

In Germany we maintain a service network with the best reputation for after sales service and product support. |
| In 1993 Manntech achieved accreditation to the quality standard ISO 9001, this guarantees state-of-the-art design and manufacturing plus direct benefits in all products service life. Manntech's BMU electric is also listed in UL 508 A for the US standard requirements. |

Since our first installation in 1953 (popularly known as “Horse on the Roof”) Manntech has manufactured more than 8,000 Building Maintenance Units. Today, they can be computer controlled and specifically designed to suit customer requirements. |
